Current Industrial agriculture places importance on quantity, and not quality. The overuse or improperly timed application of fertilizers, vast quantities pesticides applied, the enormous food miles between farmer and consumer are all not only delivering products that are not as nutritious (and in some cases deleterious to our health), but is stripping our planet of arable land and the overall health of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.

The problem with our food

The Solution

We grow using the most sustainable practice there is, aquaponics! By raising fish in a closed loop recirculating system we capture the natural process of microbial life converting waste into nutrients for plants. The plants then grow very quickly and with the highest quality all the while filtering the water for the fish before the water is returned.
