   Greek Dwarf: A bushy variety of basil most often used in Thai and Greek cuisine, but also makes a tasty pesto as its flavor and aromatics are slightly stronger than the Genovese.

   Great flavor and aromatics for all summertime mojitos and other drinks! We love a little in our lemonade!

KALE:

   A very large leaf, and surprisingly soft leaf variety great for salads and sautéing alike!

   Rosso Sicilian: A wonderful looking and tasting mid size variety of tomato great for any dish!
